Well, as long as you’re careful about what parts you eat. Squirrel Brains are known to be risky. I have a great, professional graphic screaming “SQUIRREL BRAINS” from cnn.com that appeared on their web site from around 1997, when the first wave of squirrel-related CJD swept the Southeast US. I’ll have to try to dig it up.
