Hi Alan and KC,

I was delighted to get your newsletter and think it is great. You both deserve a lot of credit for the time and effort that you put in on it. I'm not sure that you would remember me but we shared a table at Subway on our way the the comedy club in TO. My wife Sigrid and I own some properties on Vancouver Island where we live as well as some in Edmonton area.
Thanks again for the letter.
ps....for procrastination (and I am a self-proclaimed master at it, I have found that your advice works well for me. Just get underway and do it!! I also lately have been using the reward/punishment method and having moderate success. Another strategy that I will employ is setting up due dates for various activities. For instance tonight is Friday night and on Fridays I have to clean out my wallet and clean off my desk of all invoices, bill stubs, etc and have them filed properly before I allow myslef to look at e-mails or go to any websites that I have or am interested in. Its a great incentive to just "GET IT DONE"
Cheers,
Arch McNab
